What is a Caretaker ?

Caretaker is a personal assistant to Landlord, acts on his behalf, is authorized by Landlord to operate some sections of the application, i.e. conduct property inspection and complete condition report, advertise for tenancy, open premises for inspection, recommend tenant and complete draft of rental agreement, organize repair through online portals or physically by making phone appointments on behalf of the beneficiary.

How to Register ?

Kindly go to the top right hand side of the website page. Select a button from Landlord, Tenant and Caretaker and the fill in the registration form. You will receive an email with your user ID and password. Once you login with that you need to answer a question format to confirm your registration. If you fail to qualify then you can try after 2 hours.
